Our spot is located in Bhusari Colony, which is right in the Kothrud area of Pune. If you know Pune-411 038, you know it’s a lively part of the city with a lot of history and new stuff popping up all the time. Sharp Corporation Japan might sound like a huge, distant thing, but here on the ground in Bhusari Colony, it’s just us. We’re in a regular building doing our daily tasks. The office has that lived-in feel with folders everywhere and a few plants that someone remembers to water once in a while. Kothrud is a great place to be because everything is close by, even if the traffic on the main roads can be a bit much during rush hour. We spend our mornings checking in on projects and the afternoons dealing with local logistics. It’s a mix of international standards and local Pune habits. We take our breaks at the usual times and sometimes the whole team goes out for snacks nearby when the weather is nice. It’s a pretty grounded atmosphere. We don’t have those sleek, glass-walled meeting rooms you see in movies. It’s just desks, computers, and people trying to do their jobs well. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like a part of the local neighborhood fabric, and the neighbors know us by name. It's a busy but good place to work.
