Sharp & Tannan Associates, Chartered Accountant

Our office for Sharp & Tannan Associates is situated in Nigdi, which is part of the Pradhikaran area. We are at Plot Number 9 in Sector 25, in a building called Kishor Swaroop. This part of Pune is quite organized compared to the main city center, with wider roads and a bit more greenery around the residential blocks. We have a decent space here where we do our chartered accounting work. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly, which is good for focusing on numbers and long tax forms. We have been at this Nigdi location for a while. The office inside is functional. We have our computers, our filing cabinets, and a few desks for the staff. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy art on the walls. We just need a place to work and meet with people who need help with their accounts. A lot of our clients are from the nearby industrial areas or residents of Pradhikaran who have their own small businesses. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons usually involve a lot of document checking. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up CAs in the Nigdi area. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We just do the work that needs to be done and try to stay on top of the changing tax laws without too much stress.
