Shama Mens Saloon

If you live around Wanowrie or Fatima Nagar, you might have seen Shama Mens Saloon over at Shop No. 24 in the Bhaironath Mini Market. We have been on this stretch of Pune Solapur Road for a while now. It’s a small shop, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside, but we get the job done. Being near Inox means there is always someone walking by or looking for a quick haircut before they head out. We mostly do the usual stuff like simple haircuts, beard trims, and those old-fashioned shaves with a straight razor. It gets pretty noisy in here sometimes because the market is right there and we usually have the radio playing some songs. There are only a few chairs, so on Sunday mornings you might have to sit on the bench outside for a bit while you wait your turn. We don't really do appointments, you just show up and see who is free. The guys working here are just regular workers who have been cutting hair since they were young. We know how people in the neighborhood like their hair kept, nothing too stylish, just neat and tidy. It’s a practical place for a quick trim without any of that expensive salon talk. We just focus on the hair and the shaves and let people get on with their day.
