We are located over in Hadapsar at Nyati Serenity, which is a much nicer place to work than some of the crowded city centers. The office is at B29, and it’s generally pretty peaceful around here. Our daily routine involves a lot of reading through stacks of resumes and making phone calls. We talk to all kinds of people looking for work, and it can be interesting to hear their stories. The building is surrounded by some greenery, which makes the walk from the parking lot pleasant. We spend most of our time sitting at our computers, typing out notes or sending emails. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and that’s the biggest drama of the week. We try to keep things organized, but the desks usually end up covered in sticky notes. Nyati Serenity has a quiet atmosphere that helps us focus when we have to conduct interviews. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is how we like it. The traffic in Hadapsar can be a bit of a pain during peak hours, so we try to time our departures carefully. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have a local feel. We just do our thing, looking through applications and trying to match people with the right spots.
