Shaivi Overseas Llp

Shaivi Overseas Llp is our little setup in Bibwewadi, Pune. We are located at Plot No. 38 in Vaibhav Society, which is right near the Canara Bank. It is a quiet enough area for the most part, which helps when we are trying to concentrate on the overseas trade details. Most of what we do involves coordinating between different suppliers and making sure everyone is on the same page. It is not always easy because of the time zone differences, but we have gotten used to the odd hours. The office itself is simple. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights. Just a place where we can keep our files organized and take our calls. We started out small and we have mostly stayed that way because we like being able to talk to every customer directly. There is not a lot of middle management here. If you call, you usually talk to one of the people who actually handles the paperwork. We spend a lot of time making sure the cargo is packed right and the numbers match up. Pune is a great city for this kind of work because of the connections it has. We have lived here for years, so setting up the business in Bibwewadi felt like the natural thing to do. It is just a regular office where we do our best to stay organized and keep the trade moving along.
