Shailesh R Shah is based out of Chinchwad. The office is at A-15 in the Kunal Riverside complex. It is quite a nice spot because it is near the Pawana Bridge. You can see the river sometimes depending on where you stand or which way you walk after leaving the building. Being a chartered accountant in this part of Pune means dealing with a lot of different people from the neighborhood. We have been here for some time now. The building is easy to find if you know the bridge landmark. It’s a standard office setup, nothing too modern or flashy. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files piled up. Most days are spent doing audits or helping people with their income tax returns. It gets really busy around the end of the financial year, like any other accounting office in India. We usually have tea delivered from the local stall nearby. The traffic on the bridge can get a bit loud during rush hour, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. We just focus on the clients who walk through the door. It’s a quiet way to run a business. We like being in Chinchwad because it feels like a real community. People know each other here. If you are coming from the main city, it takes a bit of time to reach us, but once you are at Kunal Riverside, it is easy.
