Shahoo Gift Shop

Shahoo Gift Shop has been at Shop No.2 near Euro School in Undri for a while now. It’s not a very big place, but we fit a lot in there. Every morning when the school bells ring, things get a bit chaotic around here. Parents come in looking for last-minute stuff for projects or a quick birthday card because they forgot a party was happening after classes. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others keeping things moving. The shelves are packed with toys, some colorful paper, and small knick-knacks that kids seem to like. Sometimes the dust from the road outside gets in, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the glass counters. It’s a simple routine. We know most of the people living around Undri because they walk past us every day. We don’t have fancy displays or anything like that. Just regular items people need. Sometimes we run out of tape or wrapping paper during the busy season, and we have to scramble to get more. The lighting inside is a bit yellow, but it works fine for what we do. We like being near the school because there’s always life and noise outside our door. It keeps things from getting boring. If you’re walking by Shop No.2, you’ll probably see us sorting through a new box of deliveries or just chatting with a neighbor who stopped in to say hello. It’s just how we run things here.
