Our office is located at M 44 in Shastri Nagar, Pune. We are on the first floor, in Flat No. 2564. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of Maharashtra if you aren't used to how the buildings are numbered, but once you find Shastri Nagar, we aren't too hard to spot. The company name is Selectus Manpower Solutions Pvt.Ltd., though we usually just call it the office. We deal with people looking for work and companies looking for new staff. It’s a lot of talking and sorting through digital files or paper resumes. The office isn't very large, just enough space for our small team to get through the daily tasks. We don't have any glossy brochures or those corporate speeches about changing the world. We just handle the recruitment work as it comes in from the clients. Pune is a big place for this kind of business, so we stay pretty busy most of the week. We have a small team here and we mostly get along well. Sometimes we have to stay late when there’s a big pile of work to finish, but usually, we wrap up and head out. We don't have any big mission, we just try to be helpful and get the job done right for everyone. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their thing.
