Our place, Sealtech Engineers, is located in the D-2 Block of the MIDC area in Chinchwad. The address is 29/4. It’s a proper industrial zone, so you’ll see lots of workshops and factories nearby. We are mostly about engineering and sealing solutions. The shop floor has a lot of metal and the sound of machines running. It’s not a quiet office environment, that’s for sure. We spend most of our time wearing work gear and checking parts. The air usually smells a bit like oil and cut metal. It’s where we do all the manufacturing and testing. Most of us live around Pune or Pimpri-Chinchwad, so it’s a familiar neighborhood. The building isn't brand new, it has some character and a few scratches on the walls from moving equipment around. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because we’re too busy making sure the parts are right. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone in greasy overalls holding a blueprint. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but the real work happens out back. It gets hot during the day, especially when the machines have been running for hours. We have a small yard where we load the trucks. It’s a functional, busy shop. We just focus on getting the jobs out the door on time without much drama. That’s how it works here at Sealtech in Chinchwad, just working hard and keeping the machines maintained every day.
