Science Classes

We are tucked away in Kothrud 8, right where all the students are. It is a busy part of Pune, and our place reflects that. We just call it Science Classes because that is exactly what happens here. There are a couple of small rooms with whiteboards and a lot of markers that are usually running out of ink. We have students coming in for different batches throughout the day. The stairs are a bit narrow and there is always a line of bicycles parked outside on the street. Inside, it is mostly just the sound of someone talking and the scratching of pens on paper. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny office. The desks are crowded together so we can fit everyone in. Sometimes it gets a bit stuffy, so we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through Kothrud. We spend a lot of time grading papers and looking at test results. It is not the most glamorous job, but we like being in the middle of everything. Parents stop by to ask how their kids are doing, and we give them the honest truth. We aren't here to promise any miracles, just to teach the subjects. It is a regular routine of morning sessions and evening classes. We keep a stack of old textbooks in the corner for anyone who needs them. It is a simple, hardworking environment for anyone who wants to learn. We just keep the doors open and get to work.
