Sarswati Farmers Producer Company Limited is located in Saradwadi, which is near Sinnar in the Nashik district. We are based at G No 761. Nashik is famous for its farming, but Saradwadi is our little corner of it. We are a group of local farmers who decided that we needed to be more organized. The markets in Sinnar can be very competitive and sometimes it’s hard for a small farmer to get noticed. By coming together in this company, we have a way to sell our produce in larger quantities. It’s not a fancy business with an office in the city. Our office is right here where the crops are grown. We spend our days checking the soil and the water and worrying about the sun. We are just normal people who have been farming this land for years. We started this because we wanted to make sure our hard work actually meant something. We don’t have any polished slogans or a mission statement. We just want to get our vegetables and grains to people who need them and make enough to keep going next year.
