Sara Beattie Group, Hong Kong

We operate out of Shastrinagar on Nagar Road. Specifically, we're in Hermes Heritage - I, unit 36. Even though the name mentions Hong Kong, this is where we do our daily work in Pune. It’s a nice enough area, though Nagar Road can get pretty loud during the evening rush hour. We’ve been here for a while now and the office feels pretty lived-in. We do a lot of coordination and planning from these desks. It's not a massive corporate floor, just a practical space that fits our small team’s needs. We have a tiny kitchen area where we grab tea or coffee. Most of the day is spent on the phone or typing away at something on the computer. We know the security guards and the other people who work in the building. It’s got a bit of a community feel to it. We just focus on getting the tasks done without making a big fuss about things. The 411006 area is convenient for most of the staff to get to. We’ve had some good years in this building. It’s just a normal workplace where everyone knows each other’s names and how they like their tea. We don’t have fancy slogans or anything like that, just a list of things to do every morning. It's a simple way to work but it keeps us busy and the work gets done. There are plenty of cafes nearby if we need a change of scenery.
