We are set up at Sawai Sadan, which is right on the Pune-Satara Road. If you are looking for us, we are right by the Bank of Maharashtra ATM, which makes it easy for people to find. Gaurav Saxena is the one who keeps things running here. We handle the local jobs for Pune through the Myjobsinpune site. It is a lot of looking at the computer and trying to help folks find work. The road outside is always loud because of the heavy traffic going towards Satara, so there is always a bit of a hum in the background. We have some desks, a few computers that have seen better days, and plenty of tea cups lying around. It is a practical office, not one of those shiny ones you see in the IT parks. We just try to get the right people into the right roles without making it complicated. Most of our day is spent reading resumes or answering questions from people who call in. It gets dusty being so close to the main road, but that is just part of the deal. We have been here for a bit and know the local area well. There is no big corporate ladder here, just a small group of us trying to do a good job. We keep things informal because that is what works for us and the people we talk to. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting through the pile of emails.
