You’ll find us at Laxman Residency in Pune, specifically in the B Building, Flat No 19. It’s located on Survey No 150 / 151 in Morwadi Pimpri. This is where Sany Heavy Industry India Pvt. Ltd handles its Pimpri-side operations. Using a residential-style building for an office makes it feel a bit more relaxed, though we are still very much about the business of heavy machinery. Pimpri is the heart of the industrial belt, so it makes sense for us to be right here among the workshops and factories. The office itself is cozy, maybe a bit cramped when we have all the files out, but it works for us. We have a view of the other buildings and you can always hear the sounds of the city. It’s a lot of coordination work here—tracking where the big rigs are and making sure the servicing is scheduled. We aren't big on formal meetings; we usually just talk across the desks. Sometimes we share a meal in the small kitchen area. It’s a very human way to run a business. Morwadi is a busy area, and the traffic around the residency can be a lot during peak hours. We’ve grown used to it. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure the heavy industry side of things stays on track without any major hiccups or long delays for our customers.
