Working out of Flat No 101 at Gulmohar Symphony Phase II in Kharadi is pretty decent. It’s a residential-looking building, so it doesn't feel like those cold, glass office towers you see in the IT parks. We are in the 411014 part of Pune. Kharadi has changed so much lately, with all the new buildings going up everywhere. Since we’re Potain India, we actually see our own equipment being used on the construction sites around us, which is kind of interesting. Our space inside Gulmohar Symphony is mostly for handling the paperwork and coordinating things. It’s a small team here. We make our own tea, argue about where to get lunch, and try to stay on top of our schedules. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when things get busy with crane orders or maintenance requests. We don't have a big corporate manual telling us how to act. We just treat people like neighbors and try to be helpful. Sometimes the traffic in Kharadi makes getting to the office a bit of a chore, but once we’re here, it’s a good environment. We aren't doing anything fancy. It’s just solid work involving heavy machinery and the logistics that go with it. Being in a place like Phase II means we have a bit of a community feel around the office. We like the local vibe of this area and plan on staying put for a while.
