Sanskrut Classes

Sanskrut Classes is situated in Anand Nagar, right off Sinhagad Road in Pune 51. If you know the area, you know how much it has grown over the years. We’ve been here through a lot of that change. Our setup is quite modest. We have a space in one of the buildings in Anand Nagar where we gather every evening. It’s not a large institute with hundreds of students. We prefer keeping the groups small because it's easier to see who is actually paying attention and who is daydreaming. Most of our work involves going over the school syllabus and helping with the difficult parts of the language and social studies. I personally like teaching the grammar side of things. The room can get a bit stuffy in the summer, but we keep the windows open to catch the breeze. You can hear the traffic from Sinhagad Road in the distance, but it’s mostly just background noise. We don't use any fancy software or tablets. It’s just notebooks, pens, and a lot of explanation. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to make more space for a larger batch. It’s a bit of a squeeze, but we make it work. Most parents in the area know us by name, and we usually talk to them on the street or when they come to pick up their children. It’s a very local, community-focused way of doing things.
