Our yard is located at 92 Chinchwad, right behind Indra College. If you’re familiar with that area, you’ll know it’s quite an industrial and educational hub. Being tucked behind the college means it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main drag, but we still have plenty of activity. We deal with heavy movement, so there’s always a lot of large equipment and machinery around the site. It’s not a polished corporate office. Most of the space is taken up by the yard where the big stuff is kept. We have a small office building on the property where we handle the scheduling and the logs. It gets pretty dusty out here, especially when the wind picks up across the open yard. We’ve been in this spot for years, and we’ve seen the college and the surrounding area grow up around us. The people working here are used to the heavy lifting and the long hours that come with moving big things. We don't have a lot of frills. There’s a kettle for tea and some old desks, and that’s about it. We’re more interested in making sure the equipment is ready to go when it’s needed. It’s a practical, hardworking environment, and we’re just a bunch of people trying to keep things moving according to the schedule. We don't worry much about how the office looks as long as the work gets done correctly.
