This branch of Potain India is located in Kothrud, which is a busy part of Pune. Specifically, we are at Soba Vihar in Bhusari Colony. Our office is Flat No. 34. It is a residential-style building setup, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office block. The pin code is 411 039. We have been working out of this space for some time now. It is a nice area with a lot of trees and families living around us. Most days, we come in, open up the windows if the weather is okay, and get started on the paperwork. Kothrud has its own vibe, very different from the center of Pune. Being in Bhusari Colony means we are close to the highway too, which is handy for getting around. Inside the office, it is just the usual stuff—files, some computers, and a place to sit and have tea. We do not have any big slogans on the walls. It is more about just getting through the to-do list for Potain India. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs instead. It is just a normal day-to-day existence for us here. We know the local shops where we get our stationery and other supplies. It is a comfortable place to work without all the unnecessary corporate stress. We just do our jobs and then head home when the day is finally over.
