We are based in Pachodpaithan, right where Janabai Baburao Waval lives. Our group is called Sangharsh Agritech Farmers Producer Company Limited. It’s a simple setup because we are just regular farmers trying to make things work. Farming around here isn't easy, and we all have our share of struggles with the weather and the markets. That is why we decided to get together as a company. We spend most of our time out in the fields, so we don't have a fancy office. We mostly meet at the house to talk about seeds or what we need for the next season. The soil here can be tough, but it’s what we have. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with polished offices. We just want to get a fair price for what we grow and maybe save some money on the things we have to buy. It’s a lot of hard work under the sun, and sometimes things don’t go our way. We are just a bunch of neighbors in Pachodpaithan who know each other well. We hope that by working together, we can keep our farms going for the next generation. It’s not always pretty, and the paperwork can be a real headache, but we manage. We don’t have any big marketing plans, just the goal of getting through each season and making sure the work pays off for everyone involved.
