Sandip Nursary

Sandip Nursary is tucked away in Loni Kalbhor, right off the 100ft road. We are in the 1st stage, near the toll naka at Kavadi Path. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we have the space for all our plants. The air out here feels a bit different than the city. We spend all day outside, mostly getting our hands in the dirt. There is always watering to do or something that needs pruning. It isn't a fancy garden center with a cafe. It’s just a nursery where things grow. We have rows of pots and bags of soil everywhere. Sometimes the wind blows through the trees and it’s actually quite nice. Other times, the rain makes everything a muddy mess. We deal with the weather as it comes. Being near the toll naka means we see a lot of cars passing by, but inside the gate, it’s mostly just us and the green stuff. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just know which plants like the shade and which ones need the sun. People come by looking for something for their yard, and we show them what we have ready. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from sunrise until we close up. We like the quiet parts of the day best.
