If you come looking for us, we are over in Panchashil Nagar. The office is at Bhaskar Tukaram Fadake’s house. Patas is a decent place to live, and being in Daund taluka means we are near the railway tracks. You can often hear the trains passing by while we are sitting and talking. We have been working together for a while now under the name Samratkrushi Vikas. It sounds more formal than we actually are. Most days, Bhaskar sits out on the porch and we join him to discuss the fertilizer prices. We don't have fancy office hours. If someone is free, they just stop by and we talk. The crops around here need a lot of attention. We share our tools and sometimes even the labor when things get busy. The house number is 1312 if you are trying to find the exact spot. It’s just a regular home with some extra paperwork lying around. We don't have any big promises to make. We just want to see our fields grow and make sure we can support our families. The ground here can be tough and the water is always a worry. We try to look out for each other. Sometimes we just sit and talk about nothing related to farming at all. It feels more like a family than a company most of the time. We hope things stay this way.
