Samav Bakery Private Limited

We are over here in Lohagaon at Sr. No. 315/1A/7. It is right on Nirgudi Road, just by that big transformer that everyone around here knows. Samav Bakery Private Limited has been around this part of town for a while now. It gets pretty busy on the road outside with all the traffic coming through, but inside it stays mostly okay. Most days start really early because that is just how things go when you are dealing with dough and ovens. The heat in the kitchen is something you never really get used to, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. It’s not a fancy place or anything like that. We spend a lot of time just cleaning up flour and checking the timers on the racks. People stop by when they are heading home or if they live nearby in the neighborhood. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine well. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the lane for a bit, but the neighbors are usually patient about it. We just try to keep things moving and get everything ready before the afternoon rush kicks in. It’s a lot of work, and some days are definitely harder than others, especially when it’s hot outside. But we like being part of the community here in this corner of Lohagaon. There isn't much more to say really, just a regular local spot doing what we do.
