We are Salke Farmer Producer Company Limited, and you can find us at Plot 40 in Sector No. 10 of the PCNDTA area in Bhosari. Being in the MIDC zone means it’s always busy around here with trucks and workers. It’s a bit different from a quiet farm, but this is where the business happens. We moved here to be closer to the center of things in Pune. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space in an industrial sector. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the farmers and the markets. It involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of various shipments. Some days it’s quite chaotic with everything happening at once. We don't go in for fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If the prices are down, we talk about it. If there’s a delay, we explain why. Being in Bhosari gives us a good spot to reach different parts of the state. We’ve been working out of this plot for some time now. Most of our day is spent making sure the members of our producer company are getting what they need. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it one day at a time. The air is a bit dusty from all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in a growing area like this. We just keep moving forward and doing what needs to be done for our members.
