Saj Shrigar Beauty Parlour

Saj Shrigar Beauty Parlour is located in Gurukul Colony, which is part of Bhawani Peth. It’s a residential area, so we mostly see the same people every week. The shop is on the ground floor, so it’s easy for everyone to step inside. We have a few stations for different services. Nothing here is very modern, but everything works the way it should. We have some shelves with various creams and bottles that we’ve used for years. The atmosphere is very casual. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids run past the door, or you can hear people talking in the hallway. We don't have a dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable for working. The work involves a lot of standing, so we have some mats on the floor. Bhawani Peth is a busy area, but our little corner in Gurukul Colony feels a bit more relaxed. We handle things like basic facials and hair cutting. We don't do those very complicated styles you see in magazines. People come to us because they want something simple and they know us. We’ve lived in Pune all our lives, so we understand how things go here. It’s just a small business trying to do honest work for the local community. We don't have any big plans to expand, we just like things how they are.
