Sai Raj Agency is located at 1086 Sadashiv Peth. If you know Pune, you know that the Peth areas are full of history and very narrow streets. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s an old building, and the space we have is quite small, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to people who walk in. There’s no big reception area or anything like that; you just walk in and we are right there at our desks. The walls are covered in calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. It gets pretty loud outside with the bikes and the local vendors, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We usually take a break in the afternoon when the Peth slows down a little bit for a quick tea from the stall nearby. It’s a very local way of doing business, and we know most of our neighbors by name. We don't use any fancy software or big systems; we mostly rely on our notebooks and our phones to keep things straight. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of deliveries arriving at once, and we often have to move things around just to find a place to sit. It’s not a polished corporate office, just a simple place where we get our daily work done and try to stay organized as much as possible.
