Sai Mens Parler

Our shop is located at shop number one on Karve Nagar Road. It’s right by Sehavas Society in the Hingne Budrukh area. We’ve been cutting hair here for many years now. It is a simple men's parlor with the basic chairs and tools we've had since the start. Usually, boys from the nearby colleges come in for a quick trim or a shave. We open early in the morning because a lot of office guys like to get a shave before heading to their jobs. The space isn't very big, so if three or four people come at once, it feels very crowded inside. We have a small TV that usually plays the news or a cricket match if India is playing. My assistant and I take turns cutting. Some days are very slow, and we just sit outside on the bench watching the traffic go by. Other days, we don't even have time to finish our tea before it gets cold. The location is easy to find since it's on the main road near the society. We don't do anything complicated, just standard haircuts and beard trims. Sometimes people ask for a head massage too, if we aren't too busy. We keep the towels clean and sharpen the razors every single day. It’s a local business, nothing more than that. We live nearby so we know most people in the community well. Most of our regulars have been coming since they were kids and now they bring their own children. It’s just a normal part of the street life here.
