Saffalya Mahila Vikas Laghu Aani Krushi

This is a small group of women working out of New Siddharth Nagar in Goregaon West. We started in one of the rooms at Trupti Kutir society because we wanted to do something productive together. It's not a big corporate office, just a place where we meet to organize our small business work and some agricultural projects. Most of us live right here in the area or nearby in the suburbs. We handle a lot of different small-scale tasks throughout the week. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office with everyone talking at once, but we get the work done. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the paperwork and managing the logistics for our members. The city is busy around us, but inside the society, it’s a bit quieter where we can focus. We’ve had to learn everything as we go, from filing forms to figuring out how to reach more people. It’s hard work balancing this with our homes and families, but we stay busy. We aren't trying to be some giant company, we just want to keep things running smoothly for the women who are part of this. It's about staying active and helping each other out in the neighborhood. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about how the neighborhood is changing. It's more than just a job for us; it's a way to stay involved with each other and make a little progress every day.
