Safalkrushi Agro Producer Company Limited

Latur is where we call home. Specifically, we operate out of Yuvraj Atmaram Deshmukh’s place in Ganjur. It’s a rural area where everyone is pretty much involved in agriculture in some way. We started Safalkrushi because we saw that working as a group was better than working alone. It’s not a fancy setup. We have some desks and some filing cabinets in a part of the house. Most of the time, we’re out visiting the different farms in the district to see how the crops are coming along. Latur has its challenges, especially with the water situation, so we talk about that a lot. We aren't polished business people. We are just folks who know how to grow things and want to make a decent living. Sometimes the paperwork for the government takes forever, and it gets frustrating. But we stick with it because the company helps everyone involved. It’s a community effort. You might hear some dogs barking or see kids playing nearby while we work. It’s just a normal part of life here. We don't use big words or make grand promises. We just handle the seeds, the crops, and the sales as they come. It’s plain and simple work and it keeps our families fed. We don't need much more than that.
