Sadguru Mens Parlour

We are Sadguru Mens Parlour, located right in Dhankawadi Nagar. If you know the Dhankawadi area of Pune, you know it’s a packed place with lots of houses and small shops. Our shop is at 411043, and it’s been here for years. It is a traditional men's parlour, nothing fancy about it. We have the old-style chairs and the big mirrors that show every grey hair. The floor usually has some hair on it because we are constantly busy with shaves and cuts throughout the day. We don't take appointments through an app or anything; people just come in and sit on the bench until it’s their turn. We talk about the local news or the cricket scores while we work. It’s a very local vibe. The shop is small and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works just fine for us. We don't try to be a modern salon with expensive coffee or magazines. We just give a decent haircut for a fair price. The neighborhood is full of families, and we see the kids grow up and start coming in for their own haircuts as they get older. It is a steady way of life. When the power goes out, we just open the door wider for light and keep going. It is just how things go in Dhankawadi. We are here every day, except for the occasional holiday or family event.
