We aren't some big multinational firm with a lot of rules. We’re just a local business with a few employees who mostly live nearby in the village. The building is pretty basic and we focus more on keeping the machines running than on how the place looks to outsiders. Every day is different depending on what crops are in season and what the farmers are bringing in. Sometimes we are very busy and other times things are a bit slow, so we just tidy up. We don't have any big speeches about our values or goals. We just show up every morning and do the job as best as we can. Gondawale Bk is a small place and everyone pretty much knows everyone else’s business anyway. We’ve stayed here because it’s where we know the people and the land. There isn't much more to it than that, really. We handle the agro products, make sure the quality is okay, and send them on their way. It’s a practical business for practical people like us.
