We operate out of 1616 Parshuram Apartment. It might seem a bit unusual to have a technology business in an apartment building, but it works well for us. Swid Process Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is mostly just a few of us working on technical problems and trying to find better ways for industrial processes to run properly. We spend a lot of time looking at diagrams and writing out long sequences on the whiteboard. It's quiet work for the most part, unless we're having a heated debate about a specific piece of code or a mechanical part that isn't fitting right. We don't have a big neon sign out front or a lobby with a receptionist to greet people. Most of our day is spent at our desks or talking to people over the phone about their specialized equipment. Things can get a bit technical, but we try to keep our explanations grounded and simple. Sometimes we get stuck on a difficult problem for days, and it takes a lot of trial and error to figure out what's going wrong. We aren't trying to change the whole world; we're just trying to help make specific systems run a little smoother for the people who use them. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can actually focus on the small details. People know where to find us if they need help with their technical setups. We just do our thing and keep the computers running.
