We are over at Number 11 in the Kotwal Complex, right on Bhandarkar Institute Road in Shivajinagar. It’s an older building, but it works well for what we do. We handle a lot of telecom stuff, which mostly means we spend our time dealing with phone lines, wiring, and various communication systems. Our office is usually a bit cluttered with tools, cables, and parts that we need for different jobs. Being in Shivajinagar is great because we are close to everything, but Bhandarkar Road can be a real struggle when it comes to traffic and parking. We’ve been in this complex for a long time and know the other shop owners around us. We aren't a big flashy company with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and see us working on something. We take calls, go out to fix things at people’s offices, and come back here to organize for the next day. It’s busy work, and there is always something that needs attention. We don't really have a polished way of doing things; we just focus on making sure the phones and internet are working like they should. People in the neighborhood know they can just drop by if they have a problem. It’s a simple, local business and we’re happy to keep it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the repairs done so people can get back to their own work.
