Our office is in Seeta Apartment, specifically 1212 B/2 on Apte Road. This part of Shivaji Nagar is usually quite active, especially with Deccan Gymkhana being so close by. We are right across from Hotel The Moneta, which helps people find us since everyone knows that landmark. Working in an apartment building like this feels a bit more personal than a big glass tower. We spend our hours dealing with energy solutions, mostly looking at plans and talking to folks about their setups. It’s a lot of technical work but we try to keep it straightforward. The office gets some good light during the day. Sometimes the street noise from Apte Road comes inside, but we’re used to it by now. There is usually a lot of traffic around here, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge for us and our visitors. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't trying to be anything huge, just doing the work we know how to do. The desks are often covered in drawings or notes from recent site visits. It’s a practical space. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the schedules. Being in this part of town means we are near everything we need. It’s a decent spot for a business like ours. We just come in, do the technical bits, and head home like everyone else at the end of the day.
