Aditya Industries

We’ve been at Gate No. 3421 in Talegaon Dhamdhere for a while now. Most people know us because we're right near Sandhar Co. It’s a busy spot, but we like it here. Aditya Industries is basically just a group of us working every day to get things done. We don't really do the whole big office thing. It’s more about the actual work on the floor. The workshop can get a bit loud sometimes, especially when we have a lot of orders to finish. People stop by often to ask questions or just to see what's happening. We’ve stayed in this area because it’s convenient for the trucks and the staff living nearby. Life here is simple. We start early, take our tea breaks, and keep going until the job is finished. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, but that's just how a workshop runs. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone in overalls near the gate. It’s a straightforward setup. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the machines are running right. Talegaon is a good place to be based. It has everything we need to keep the business moving. We just take things one day at a time here. There isn't much more to it than that. Just honest work in a local spot. It's nothing special, but it's our livelihood and we like it.
