Our workspace is over at Dhayari in Pune, specifically at Flat 904, Wing D in the Sriniwas Crossover County complex. It’s in the Vadgaon Khurd area, which has seen a lot of new construction lately. Being on the ninth floor gives us a decent view of the hills, especially when it’s not too hazy outside. The academy is run out of this flat, so it feels more like a study room than a corporate office. We have whiteboards on the walls that never quite get fully clean, so there are always faint marks from previous lessons. There’s no big staff here, just a few of us who handle everything from teaching to answering the door. The security guards at the main gate are pretty strict about visitors, which can be a bit of a hassle for students sometimes. We don't have a coffee machine or anything fancy. Usually, we just make a pot of tea in the small kitchen area during the afternoon slump. Most of the people who come to see us live in the same complex or just down the road. It’s a very low-key operation. We aren't interested in looking like a big company. We just want a quiet place to get the work done and help the kids with their studies. It’s a practical, everyday setup for us.
