We run Sachin Hande Dairy Farm Llp out of Sr. No. 1, H. No.4 in Handewadital. It is part of the Haveli area, and if you know this place, you know there is a lot of history with dairy and farming. Our day starts very early, usually before the sun is even up, because the cows do not wait for anyone. It is a lot of physical work, cleaning the stalls, feeding the animals, and making sure the milk is handled right before it goes out. The house and the farm are pretty much the same place for us. We do not have a separate corporate office because we need to be near the animals at all times. Handewadital is a good spot for this kind of work. We have got some space to move around, and the routines are pretty much the same every day. We do not use any fancy language to describe what we do. It is just milk and cows. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, or a piece of equipment breaks, and we just have to fix it ourselves without complaining. It is a family-style operation where everyone chips in to help. We know our neighbors, and they know where to get their milk. It is a simple way of living, and while it is exhausting, it is what we know how to do best here in Haveli. We just keep going.
