Our place is at Sangavi K E M Road, right by Narpatgiri Chowk A/3. It’s a lively spot because the chowk is always full of people and vehicles moving in every direction. We have a couple of rooms where the students sit, and the furniture is pretty basic—just wooden desks and some plastic chairs that have seen a lot of use. The walls have some old posters about grammar and math that have started to yellow at the edges. During the breaks, it gets really loud with everyone talking at once, but we don't mind it too much. We keep a big water cooler in the hallway because it gets quite warm in the afternoons. Sometimes we have to shout a little to be heard over the noise of the buses passing by outside. It’s a simple way of life here, just coming in every day and going through the lessons. We have a lot of notebooks piled up on the main table and there’s always someone looking for a lost pen. The lighting isn't the best, but it works well enough for reading. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time now and we see the same faces every day. It’s just a local spot where people come to learn something extra after their regular school hours are done. We usually lock up once the last student finishes their notes and the street lights have been on for a while.
