S Rathod Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at House Number 4 in Gunanaik Tanda. This is part of the Ghansawangi taluka in Jalna district. We are basically a group of farmers from the Tanda who decided to team up. Life in Jalna revolves around the seasons and the rain. We don't have a big office or a bunch of staff members. It’s just us, the people who live and work right here. We spend most of our time out in the fields, so the house at the Tanda is mostly for the paperwork and meetings. We deal with the local crops that our members grow. It’s a lot of coordination to get everyone’s produce together and ready for whatever comes next. We aren't experts in business, we are experts in farming our own land. We’ve seen good years and bad years, and we figured that working as a company might help us weather the bad ones a bit better. The work is dusty and often tiring, but it’s what we’ve always done. We don't use any marketing tricks or try to sound like we are something we aren't. We are just simple people from Gunanaik Tanda trying to make the most of our harvest. If you come by, you’ll find us in our work clothes, likely talking about the soil or the latest crop prices. It’s a straightforward way of living and we are okay with that.
