S P Classes

S P Classes is right in the middle of Pune City. It’s not a very big operation, just a couple of rooms that we’ve set up for teaching local students. We have these long wooden tables where the kids sit together to work. It’s a bit old-fashioned compared to the new centers, but it works fine for what we need to do. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a little scuffed from all the bags being leaned against them over the years. We usually keep the windows open to let some air in, though you can hear the rickshaws honking down on the street below. It’s a very straightforward place without any extra decorations. We come in, set up the books, and wait for the first group to arrive after their school hours are over. There’s a small sink in the corner for washing hands and a shelf full of old textbooks that students can borrow if they forget theirs at home. We don’t really do anything fancy here. Most of the time is spent just talking through the chapters and writing things down on the board. Sometimes we have to move the tables around to make more space for a bigger group. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze on some days, but nobody seems to mind the lack of space. We just focus on the lessons and making sure we get through the work we planned.
