S. M. Engineers

You’ll find S. M. Engineers over at 1210, Sadashiv Peth. It’s a busy neighborhood with lots of narrow streets and people going about their business. Our shop fits right in. We’ve got a modest setup here. It’s mostly just a few rooms filled with tools, parts, and a couple of benches where we sit and work. Sadashiv Peth has its own charm, and being at 1210 means we’re right in the middle of it. We don’t have a marketing team or any glossy brochures. Most of our work comes from people just dropping by because they heard we could fix something or make a part they need. We spend our days tinkering with machines and making sure things are running right. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess with oil on the floor or scraps of metal in the corner, but that’s a workshop for you. We don't mind the clutter as long as the work gets done. The staff is just a few local guys who know their stuff. We’ve been here a while now, and we know most of our neighbors. It’s a simple life, focused on engineering and doing a decent job for the people who come to see us. We don't make big promises; we just do what we can with the tools we have. Usually, we're here until late in the evening getting things finished up. It's just the way it goes when you run a small shop.
