Our business is located in Wagholi at the Micasaa complex. We are in unit E-801, which sits on Gat No. 878 and 879. It’s right across from the Ayurvedic College on Kesnand Road. It’s a bit out of the way if you are coming from the main parts of Pune but Wagholi is getting bigger every day. We picked this spot because it gave us the space we needed for our food production. The road outside can get pretty messy when it rains and the traffic near the college is always a bit slow. We spend most of our time inside the unit working on different food items. It’s a lot of repetitive work but it has to be done. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything. It’s mostly just industrial equipment and storage. A few of us handle the daily tasks and we try to keep things organized as best as we can. My friend helps out with the deliveries and we usually start early to avoid the worst of the heat. It’s a practical setup for what we need. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home. The nights are usually quiet out here compared to the city. We have been here for a bit now and have seen the area change quite a lot. It is just how it is.
