Rvsm Agro Products Private Limited is located over in Ambegaon Bk., right in the Nalini Sah. Gruha Sanstha area of Pune. We aren't a massive factory or anything like that. We are more of a small, local outfit trying to make things work in the agro sector. Being in Pune gives us a bit of a different perspective than the deep rural areas, but we still have our roots in the dirt. The office is really just a simple room where we keep our papers and meet to discuss what needs to happen next. It can get a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once, but we manage. We handle various agro products, mostly focusing on what we can source and move efficiently. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on deliveries. The people who work here are mostly from the surrounding neighborhood or have family back in the villages. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just try to be honest and get the job done every day. Sometimes things get messy with the traffic in Pune or delays in the supply, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a practical business run by practical people. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just work hard and try to stay organized in Ambegaon Bk. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us going and we are glad to be part of the local community.
