Rushiraj Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located in Bharadi, which is part of the Sillod area. Our base is at Gajanan Mahajan’s place. It’s a typical village setup where the business and daily life often mix together. We formed this farmer producer company to help us manage our crops together instead of everyone acting on their own. Sillod is known for certain crops, and we all grow similar things on our land. The office isn't anything you’d see in a big city. It’s just a room with a few chairs, a cupboard for files, and a lot of talk about the weather and the rain. Gajanan handles a lot of the day-to-day coordination. We spend hours discussing things like fertilizer costs or which market to send the trucks to this week. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when it should, and those are the hard days for all of us. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy logo on everything we own. Most of our members are just our friends and neighbors. We write things down in notebooks and try to keep the accounts straight. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when everyone shows up at the same time to talk. But that’s how we operate. We’re just local people trying to make a go of it. We don't use big words or pretend to be something we’re not. It’s just us, the land, and the work we do.
