Rudraswaraj Agro Producer Company Limited is located in Dhakephal. We are in house number 22 in the Ghansawangi taluka of Jalna district. This is where a few of us got together to start something for the local farmers. It’s a very rural area, so our office is just a regular house where we can keep our files and meet up. We don't have a marketing department or any fancy staff. It’s just us, the people who actually work the land in Jalna. We wanted to have a company so we could buy things in bulk and maybe get better prices for what we grow. It's a practical way to deal with the challenges of farming today. We spend quite a bit of time talking to the other farmers in Dhakephal to see what they need. Sometimes we help with getting the right fertilizers or seeds. It’s not always smooth sailing. There are plenty of days when the internet is slow or the paperwork is confusing. But we keep at it because it’s important for our community. We are honest folks who just want to see everyone in the village do a bit better. We don't have a big mission statement, just a desire to work hard and stay connected to our roots here in the district. We keep things plain and simple, and we like it that way because it's real life for everyone living around here.
