It is a well-known spot in the neighborhood. We are just a group of local farmers who thought it would be a good idea to join up. Most of us have been in Vaijapur our whole lives, and we have seen how hard it is to make a living just by yourself. By forming this company, we can share tools and ideas. Our office is right there by the temple, so it is easy for everyone to stop by after they finish in the fields. We do not have any fancy stuff or corporate talk here. We just talk about the crops, the water situation, and how to get our goods to the market. It is a lot of physical labor, and your hands are always dirty, but that is just farming. We are proud to be from Aurangabad and to keep the farming traditions alive. Sometimes we stay late at the office figuring out the books, but mostly we are out where the plants are.
