Rudra Environmental Solution India Limited is based right on Modak Street in Pune. If you know the area, you know it’s a typical busy street with plenty of people moving around. Our office isn't hidden away; it’s just part of the local landscape here in Maharashtra. Working on Modak Street means we are right in the heart of things, which has its ups and downs. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic and the local vendors, but it keeps us feeling like we are part of the city. Inside, we have our workspace set up for the environmental projects we handle. It's not a sterile or overly polished office. There are usually stacks of reports and maps on the tables. We spend a lot of time discussing ways to handle waste and other environmental issues, so the atmosphere is more about problem-solving than looking pretty. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s where most of the actual planning happens over a hot cup. Pune is a great city to be in, and being centrally located makes it easier for us to get to different sites when we need to. We don't use much fancy terminology; we just look at the problems and try to find a way to fix them. It’s an honest, hardworking environment where everyone chips in. We don't have a big staff, just a group of people who care about the work.
