We have been working from this spot for some time now. Dealing with produce is a daily grind. There are early mornings when the trucks come in and late nights when we are finishing up the paperwork. It is not a glamorous job. The warehouse can get dusty and the weather in Pune can be a real problem when it gets too hot. We don't have a big team of executives. It is just a few of us making sure things move from point A to point B. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our day is spent on our feet. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but once you find Sahil Serene, we are easy to spot. We chose this area because it is easy for transport. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any big slogans. We just want to get the produce out while it is still fresh. That is the whole point of what we do here. Some days are better than others, and sometimes things go wrong, but we just keep at it. It’s just how a small business like ours works. We deal with the growers and the buyers and everything in between. It is just life in the produce trade.
