Romas Hair And Beauty Studio is situated in the Neelay Complex, specifically at Shop No 4 and 5. We are on Sinhagad Road in the Anand Nagar part of Pune. Being right near the Perfect Fitness Club means we see a lot of people coming and going from their workouts. Some of them stop by here afterwards. The shop is a decent size since we have two units. We have areas for hair cutting and other beauty work. It’s not a corporate place; it’s just a studio where we work every day. The noise from Sinhagad Road is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We spend our mornings setting out the towels and making sure the beauty products are organized on the shelves. There is no big philosophy here. We just do the work that people ask for, whether it’s a haircut or something else for a special occasion. The neighborhood is quite busy, so there’s always something happening outside the door. We have chairs for people to wait in, and we usually have a newspaper or two lying around. Most of our customers are from the surrounding flats in Anand Nagar. We’ve been here long enough that we recognize most of the faces that pass by. It’s a regular local business and we try to do a decent job for everyone who comes in.
