Rokdobanath Agro Industries Farmers Producer Company Limited is situated in Bhandgaon, which is right off the Pune-Solapur Road. We are at House Number 4, quite close to Mauli Food Products. It’s a busy stretch of road with lots of trucks and cars going past all day and night. Being near Pune means things move a bit faster here than in the more remote districts, but we still keep things local. Our company is all about the farmers in this belt. We have a simple office where we handle the industrial side of things. It’s usually dusty because of the road, and we spend a lot of time cleaning the desks. We work with the local producers to try and get their goods processed or moved. There isn't any fancy management style here. We just sit down and talk about what needs to be done for the week. Sometimes the neighbors from Mauli Food Products come over for a chat. It’s a bit of a community effort. We aren't trying to be the biggest company on the Pune-Solapur Road, just a reliable one. We deal with the realities of the weather and the market prices every day. It’s hard work, and sometimes we don't get everything right on the first try, but we keep showing up. That’s just the way it goes when you’re working in agro industries.
