Our shop is located at 209/1 in Amarsukh, right in Sant Tukaram Nagar. We are very close to the HDFC Bank, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to people who haven't visited before. It is a family-run place, and it has been that way for a while now. We keep things pretty straightforward here. The space is filled with whatever we are working on at the moment, so it can get a bit cramped. We don't have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. People usually just stand by the counter and talk to us. We’ve seen a lot of people from the neighborhood come through our doors over the years. It is a busy area with a lot of noise from the street, but we like the energy of it. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. Most of our customers are locals who live or work nearby. They know us by name, and we know them. It’s a practical way to do business. We focus on the work itself rather than trying to look professional for the sake of it. If something needs doing, we do it. The shop has a lot of character, which is a polite way of saying it is old and a bit worn in. But it works for us and the way we do things.
